Split Proof Business

Private-pilot terms

Version: 27 August 2026

Purpose of the pilot

The private pilot is an early evaluation of how Split Proof can help a finance team understand and resolve difficult receivable or payable invoice cases. It is not a production service or a substitute for accounting, legal or audit judgement.

Access is controlled

Applying does not grant access. An approved invitation is personal to the named work email, must not be forwarded and may be withdrawn or allowed to expire. Split Proof may pause or end pilot access where needed to protect the service or participants.

Safe case material

Start with one redacted, non-production case. Remove personal information, bank details, credentials, special-category data and information your organisation is not authorised to share. The protected pilot workspace is the approved transfer method for supported, redacted documents after you confirm these terms and the current privacy notice at upload.

What the product may do

The pilot may privately store a supplied document, convert it to readable text, suggest invoice fields with source excerpts, organise confirmed records, identify possible gaps and suggest an owner or next action. Results may be incomplete or wrong and must be reviewed by an authorised person before they are used.

The pilot will not send customer or supplier messages, make payments or silently write back to accounting, email or document systems.

Information, confidentiality and feedback

You keep ownership of material you are authorised to provide. Split Proof keeps ownership of its product, design and underlying technology. Each side should protect non-public information received from the other and use it only for the pilot. Split Proof may use anonymised or combined feedback to improve the product, but will not identify your company publicly without separate permission.

Availability and changes

This is an early pilot provided without a service-level commitment. Features may change, be unavailable or be removed. Any move to live system connections, production data or a paid service will require a separate agreement and security review.

Leaving the pilot

You can stop participating and request deletion of pilot information by emailing hello@splitproof.co.uk. Legal or administrative records may be retained where reasonably required and explained in the privacy notice.
